Hi, I’m Makaela.

I’m a counselling student and the founder of Quiet Becoming Counselling. I believe mutual change happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, explore our experiences, and be met with compassion rather than judgement.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can navigate life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for a space to reflect, I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
